Quest Apartment Hotels
To drive a more emotional and human-centered connection to the Quest brand, we created this short TV commercial and a series of billboards that evoke the feeling of being home. It was delightful to work with the fierce and nimble team at Weld Stories who took this from pitch through to delivery in 8 weeks.

Shoot The Player was a personal project I shared with Jonathan Wald from 2007 - 2012. Together we filmed and edited over 100 live music performances on the streets of (mostly) Sydney. Inspired by Vincent Moon's Take Away Shows, we sought to capture a city, a sound, and a moment in time. Best memories are filming Beach House covering TLC, The Tallest Man On Earth serenading seagulls, and First Aid Kit performing their magic in Washington Square Park.
We also filmed St Vincent, Reggie Watts, Andrew Bird, Soko, Fences, Jack Ladder, Luluc and many more.
All videos shot, recorded and edited by myself and Jonathan Wald.
Long before I directed Katy Steele in her forthcoming single "Fire Me Up" I was a fan, swooning in the pit while she sang her lungs out. This video, out soon, was a treat to direct and edit and was truly a collaboration among good friends.

The story of what it means to be queer in America today. The collaboration between myself and photographer Molly Landreth took us on a journey from the forests of the Ozarks, to the drag king balls of East St. Louis, to the gay affirming churches of Galveston, Texas to the quiet cul-de-sacs of Jackson, Mississippi. The award winning project has exhibited internationally.
All photographs are by Molly Landreth.
